Specimen description: This hornbeam specimen has already developed a trunk caliper of about an inch, great movement, and excellent branch options for a small to large bonsai. The tree has escape branches that could be used to increase its size depending on the future artist’s vision. The roots could be improved over time with scarification or grafting.
