About: A North American native compact shrub that grows 1 to 3 feet radially and in a mounded shape. This woody shrub has silvery fine foliage, and develops vibrant yellow flowers in late summer. An extremely hardy species that can tolerate high wind, harsh cold, and drought. From seed, this shrub should fully mature in about 2- 3 years.

Sow: Cold stratification will increase germination rates. Sow anytime with full sun, and make sure to keep moist.
