About: This North American perennial strawberry is native to much of the United States. It bears smaller fruit than commercial strawberry plants, however is widely considered the most tasty of the wild fruit varieties. We use it at our nursery in kusamono displays alongside our bonsai, as well as in our edible garden bed. Ornamentally, this plant has pure white flowers in the spring followed by red fruit and vibrant red foliage in the fall.
